About me
My name is Danelle Gonzalez. I’m a storyteller and emerging journalist driven by a deep curiosity about people, culture, and the systems that shape them. As a contributing writer for Dollars and Sense, The Ticker, and The Empire State Tribune, I’ve explored stories that uncover overlooked perspectives, writing about identity, justice, and the human experience with honesty and empathy.
My work with Bridge for Billions in Spain deepened that commitment to storytelling as a tool for change. There, I helped craft narratives around social entrepreneurship and sustainable innovation, highlighting how startups are driving opportunity for under-served communities around the world.
Across both writing and communications, my goal remains the same: to use journalism and storytelling not just to inform, but to connect: to bring voices together, challenge assumptions, and illuminate paths toward more inclusive, equitable futures.
